基于振动敲击的软质物体硬度检测
提出一种基于振动敲击来检测软质物体硬度的方法。它利用PVDF 压力薄膜传感器, 检测振动源施加在软质物体上的动态压力及弹性形变, 通过提取波形的特征量及对特征量的主成分分析, 得到了基于特征量的线性组合的硬度表达式。关键词 硬度检测 主成分分析 PVDF 压电薄膜传感器Abstract Th is paper p resent s a new method fo r measuring soft material st iffness, based on act ive vibrat ion on it. A fter p ick ing up the characterist ic parameters from the senso r output signalwave, p rincipal component analysis is perfo rmed to find the facto rs affect ing the st iffness.
