在对张掖市农村电网改造和农电负荷变化情况调查的基础上,基于柔性输电理论,为提高农网供电质量和供电可靠性,分析了在张掖市农网中适时采用FTU技术的必要性及可行性。采用FTU技术建立配电设备与馈线主站之间的通信,获取配电系统运行控制及管理所需数据,执行主站给出的对配电设备的控制调节指令,实现提高供电质量和供电可靠性,降低电能损耗,提高设备利用率,减少维护费用,节省总投资的效果。实现正常情况下的优化配网运行和故障时的自动判别和自动隔离故障区以及恢复非故障区供电。为今后张掖市农网的进一步改造提出决策依据。 Abstract: Based on the investigation of the rural power grids and rural power load changes of Zhangye city, using FACTS as the theory guide, in order to improve the quality and reliability of rural power supply, this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of timely using FTU technology in the rural network of Zhangye city. Communication between distribution equipment and master feeder was established to obtain the control and management data of the system, and to implement the master control instruction to distribution equipment, which improved power quality and supply reliability, reduced the power loss, also improved equipment utilization, reduced maintenance costs and saved total investment. Using of FTU technology optimized operation of distribution network under normal circumstances, realized automatic identification of fault and isolating fault area automatically, it also recovered the non-fault zone supply, which provides decision basis for the future transformation of rural power network in Zhangye city.
