针对船舶机舱过程控制存在的自动化孤岛现象,提出了以现场总线方式集成船舶机舱中原本完全独立的控制系统的新思路;通过自动化机舱的典型系统(燃油粘度控制系统和冷却水温度控制)为例建模,构筑半实物仿真系统,探索先进控制方法,并应用基金会现场总线技术将不同的过程控制集成,实现系统互联。说明了半实物仿真、OPC 接口技术、现场设备的通信和系统组态。探索成功的开放式全数字控制系统技术平台可以方便地进行系统扩充,在机舱综合自动化中有着十分良好的应用前景。关键词:过程控制 现场总线 机舱自动化 仿真中图分类号:TP302. 1 文献标识码:AAbstract:A new idea of the fieldbus control system(FCS)application in process control of ship's engine room is proposed on a phenomenon ofthe isolated island of automation in process control of ship's engine room . Advanced control technique development is based on modelling typicalsystems for the automated engine room,builds the semi-physical simulation system,and adopts Foundation fieldbus to integrate differentcontrol systems,allowing interoperability of systems. Semi-physical simulation,OPC interface technique,fieldbus communications and systemconfiguration are described.
