提出了运用本体构造企业网络知识管理系统模型的方法。本方法克服了原有相关系统存在的固有不足，从面向对象的角度探讨了构造企业网络知识管理系统的可能性。以此为基础，重点讨论了基于本体的企业网络知识管理系统构建方法。最后设计了一个企业网络知识管理实验系统，并给出了具体实例。关键词：知识管理；本体；XMLAbstract: A methodology, which applies ontology, is presented to build enterprise web knowledge management system model. This methodology uses ontology to improve the situation that the structure of an enterprise web knowledge management system is determined by its designer only, to construct relationship among various kinds of knowledge, to alleviate the problem of giant of unrelated information that emerges when searching knowledge on the Web with traditional methods, and to propose the possibility of building enterprise web knowledge management system following the view of object-oriented. Based on object-oriented, the enterprise web knowledge management system constructing technology in the terminology from ontology is discussed. Finally, an enterprise web knowledge management system is designed, and a case study is demonstrated.Key Words: Knowledge Management；Ontology；XML
