编码式传感器应用于精密精量时,由于旋转轴的晃动可能引起传感器输出波形的抖动,从而导致计数错误。本文从波形分析入手,提出一种基于纯软件编程的方法,解决了这一问题,简化了电路设计。关键词:编码式传感器; 单片机; 抗抖动Abstract : When encoding sensor is used for precision measurement , the wobble of revolving axle can causethe vibration of the waveshape out of sensors and further resulting in wrong count .
