本文参照传统的OSI（Open Systems Interconnection）模型与TCP/IP 模型对片上网络系统模型层次结构进行了按照片上网络特点进行的划分。文中还对片上网络的网络层设计中的各种拓扑结构加以了分析，并且研究了几种交换路由方式的性能比较，另外还对服务质量（Quality of Service, QoS）保证等方面进行了分析与讨论。关键词：片上网络，网络层，数据交换，服务质量Abstract: In this paper, we proposed an network-on-chip model derived from traditional OSImodel and TCP/IP model. We analyzed varied topologies of NoC system, and calculated andcompared the efficiency of several switching and routing methods.
