摘要:布袋除尘器在高炉煤气精细除尘早已使用。但当布袋脏时，必须对布袋进行反吹清灰，以减小损耗。本文介绍了由可编程序控制器PLC 和WINCC 组成的清灰控制系统的设计与应用。实践表明，该控制系统结构简单，除尘效率高，运行可靠。关键词PLC WINCC 布袋除尘器脉冲阀Abstract The filter bag collector has already been used in dust finely removing for blast furnace gas. To reduce loss，the bags have to be cleaned by reverse-blow when they are getting dirty. In this paper，the design and the application of the bag dust removing system constructed by programmable logic controller and WINCC are introduced.
