TMS320F240 在高频PWM 调速器中的应用-The Application of TMS320F240 in High Frequency PWM Governor摘要在高速数据芯片中，TMS320F240最适合于SPWM 控制，由它来控制逆变器的6 个开关器件，实现SPWM 变频调速。文章简要介绍了该芯片的基本结构和特点、以及SPWM 变频调速的原理和电主轴频率转换调节系统的主逆变电路。经实验和实际应用证明，TMS320F240 功能很强，运算速度很快，适用于三相交流电机的控制。关键词 DSP  变频调速系统 SPWM  磁悬浮电主轴Abstract Among high speed data chips，TMS320F240 is most suitable for SPWM control. It is able to control six of the switching components to realize SPWMfrequency conversion regulating. The basic structure and features of the ship，and the principle of SPWM frequency conversion regulation，as well as the maininverting circuit of the motrized spindle are introduced briefly in this paper. Through experiments and practical operation，it is proved that TMS320F240 is powerfuland features high speed operation，it is suitable for controlling 3 phase AC motors.Keywords DSP Frequency conversion regulating system SPWM Magnetically levitated motorized spindle
