一种新型过流保护电路的设计研究张娜娜 梁齐(合肥工业大学, 安徽合肥230009)摘要:本文提出的过流保护电路利用运算放大器虚短虚断的原理大大提高了对输出电流的采样精度,从而提高了电路的可靠性;并通过增加的折回电路,有效降低了LDO(Low Drop-Out)系统的过流关断功耗。本电路基于TSMC 0.6μ m CMOS 工艺设计,进行了应用于LDO 的Spectra 仿真,结果表明该过流保护电路可靠性高、过流关断功耗低。关键字:过流保护,LDO,可靠性,折回电路Design of a Novel Over-Current Protection CircuitZhang Nana , Liang Qi (Hefei University Of Technology , Hefei , Anhui 230009, China)Abstract : The over-current protection circuit described in this paper greatly improves thesampling precision of output current and heightens the reliability of the circuit by using thevirtual-short and virtual-cutoff principle of operation amplifier . And more , It greatly reduces the over-current cutoff power dissipation of LDO(Low Drop-Out)by using a fold-back circuit .
