针对开放式通用ATS 信号调理平台进行研究,提出了基于USB 总线技术的信号调理平台设计方案。本系统采用Cypress 公司推出的EZ-USB 单片机中的AN2131QC 芯片作为接口控制芯片,EZ-USB 的软配置特性可以实现系统硬件的通用化,针对不同的被测对象编制不同的固件程序,当被测对象发生变化时,可以通过加载不同的固件来满足测试要求。针对复杂的信息控制与数据交换,采用了ALTERA 公司推出的EPM7128SLC84 芯片作为核心控制部分。系统具有可靠性高,可测试性好等优点。Design of Signal-Conditioning Platform for ATS Based on USB bus TechnologyLIU Jing-wei1 CAO Yuan1 ZHENG Quan-di1 LIAN Guang-yao2 (1、Missile Institute of Air Force Engineering University, Sanyuan 713800, China 2、Department of Missile Engineering, Ordnance Engineering College, Shijiazhuang, 050003, China ) Abstract: A scheme of signal conditioning platform based on USB bus technology is put forward in the paper after studying the open general-purpose signal-conditioning platform for ATS. The system adopts AN2131QC chip that is produced by Cypress Company. The soft-configuration characteristic of EZ-USB can realize the general purpose of the system hardware. We can work out different firmware program for different measurand, and load different firmware program when the measurand changed. For realizing complex information control and data interchange, we adopt EMP7128SLC84 chip that is produced by ALTERA as the key control portion of the whole system.
