PLC 与UPS 组合构成双电源切换系统，使假捻机在正常生产情况下实现双电源切换。本文根据假捻机台数多规格相同的特点，用PLC 与一台小容量UPS，对多台假捻机逐台进行双电源切换,完成整个用电系统切换。该系统实现了小容量UPS 对大用电系统的双电源切 换。关键词：PLC；UPS；假捻机；双电源；切换Abstract: The double power conversion system is composed of PLC and UPS. At normalcondiTIons, the false twist-machine can complete the double power conversion. In this paper,basing on many false twist-machines and they have the same standards, we can achieve the double power conversion using PLC and a small capability UPS.
