The AME385-2.5 is a micropower 2-terminal band-gapvoltage regulator diode. It operates over a 30mA to 20mAcurrent range. Each circuit is trimmed at wafer sort toprovide a ±0.50% and ±0.80% initial tolerance. The designof the AME385-2.5 allows for a large range of loadcapacitances and operating currents. The low start-up currentmakes these parts ideal for battery applications.AME, Inc. offers this part in a TO-92 and SOP-8 packagesas well as the space saving SOT-23.
