某300MW 电站锅炉安装了一套燃烧监控系统,利用炉本体上分层布置的数个CCD 火焰探头拍摄炉内燃烧火焰图像实时计算炉内三维温度分布,空间分辨率低于1m3,刷新时间不超过5s。本文论述了在解析CCD 串口通信协议的基础上,基于R485 总线对CCD 参数设置进行远程控制,以及利用Modbus 协议以串行通信方式实现本系统与DCS 的数据交换,以此实现两套系统的有机集成与信息共享。关键词:燃烧监控系统; 串口通信; RS485 总线; Modbus 协议Abstract: The combustion monitoring system has been installed in a 300 MW Power Plant. The 3-D temperature distribution in the boiler furnace can be acquired by the system through a number of CCD flame detectors. The precision of the temperature distribution is less than 1 m3, and the refresh time is less than 5 seconds. In this paper, the method to set the remote CCD (Charge Coupled Device) parameters by RS485 bus is introduced. The method to realize the data exchange between combustion monitoring system and DCS based on the Modbus protocol is introduced too.
