基于现有的高校教师绩效评价中定性因素较多,采用层次分析法进行评价又需检验一致性的问题,构建教师绩效评价指标的层次结构模型以及定性与定量结合的综合多因素评价。依据模糊层次分析法的思路,兼顾大学教师绩效评价指标,首先建立评价层次结构模型,利用9标度法构造模糊一致矩阵,计算各指标的相对权重,其次依据模糊评价方法和采用模型四算子构造计算出高校教师定性定量的综合多因素评价结果。实例表明,该综合评价能够得到教师单独某个指标和综合多指标的定性定量评价,为高校教师的绩效评价问题提供了参考。 Abstract: This paper provides the qualitatively and quantitatively multi-factor evaluation after constructing the hierarchical structure model of college faculty performance evaluation for fear of inspection consistency problem with analytic hierarchy process. Firstly paper establishes evaluation the hierarchical structure model based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) and the college faculty performance evaluation factors, constructs fuzzy consistency matrix using 9 scale methods, and calculates the corresponding weight. Secondly paper gets the qualitative and quantitative multi-actor evaluation of college faculty performance on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and four models. The example shows that college’s single performance evaluation and the comprehensive could be received by this evaluation model, which gives the reference for faculty evaluation.
