烧结炉系统是复杂系统,用一般的模糊控制方法对炉温进行控制效果并不令人满意。本文提出基于神经网络的自适应模糊控制算法综合了两者的优点,系统仿真与初步试验表明,它对参数改变以及各种干扰都有较强鲁棒性,快速跟踪性能好,为复杂工业过程控制提供了一种新途径。关键词:烧结炉;人工神经网络;自适应模糊控制Abstract: The sintering system is a complex system.It is not satisfactory to control for furnacetemperature by using general fuzzy control method.This paper presents an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm based on artificial neural network to integrate advantages of both fuzzy control and artificial neural network control.The system simulation and elementary experiment shows that it is stronger in robustness for parameter varying and various disturbance,better in fast tracking performance,and it provides a kind new approach for complex industrial process control.Key Words : Sintering furnace; Artificial neural network; Adaptive fuzzy control
