针对嵌入式系统的Flash 操作方式,深入分析了基于JTAG 和UART 的两种Flash 操作方式。基于JTAG 方式的Flash 操作调试程序方便；基于UART 的方式程序下载、系统升级方便。以AT49BV1604A 存储器和三星公司的S3C4510B 芯片为例探讨了这两种方式的操作，在基于嵌入式系统的E1-以太网网络桥接器的设计中得到了较好的使用效果。关键词: Flash； JTAG； UART； AT49BV1604AAbstract: According to the Flash operation ,a in-depth analysis of JTAG and UART modes isdeveloped. JTAG operation is used in program debug and UART operation is used in programdownload and system upgrade.
