本文对目前广泛应用的真空荧光显示器件(VFD)的发光原理和性能特点进行了介绍。VFD是在真空环境下进行驱动的，因此其对应用环境具有很强的适应性、可靠性，使用寿命长，动作温度范围广，特别适用于车载显示。因此本文对VFD的连码、断码检测提出了解决方案，并详述了实现原理。[关键词]:真空荧光显示屏； 断码； 虚拟仪器； 检测Abstract：The vacuum fluorescent display (VFD)devices are widely used．This paperintroduces the operating principle of VFDs and their characteristics. VFD is drivedin vacuum.
