The IR4426/IR4427/IR4428 is a low voltage, highspeed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietarylatch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedizedmonolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatiblewith standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs. The outputdrivers feature a high pulse current buffer stagedesigned for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagationdelays between two channels are matched.
