通过城镇民用燃气安全联锁设计，对民用燃气系统中燃气泄漏及时报警并联锁切断供气线路控制阀门，避免引起火灾、爆炸等重大事故的发生。以新建生产指挥中心厨房操作间为项目背景的条件下，进行安全连锁设计。安全联锁设计通过可燃气体报警器、报警控制器、切断阀等3种仪表实现联锁报警功能，安全联锁设计主要包括：仪表选型、设计注意事项、联锁控制等3部分内容。对城镇民用燃气进行安全联锁设计，大大降低了由于燃气泄漏发生重大事故的概率，为以后同类设计提供了借鉴。 　　Abstract: 　　By urban household fuel safety interlock design， gas system， gas leak civil timely warning and cut off the supply lines interlock control valve， to avoid fires， explosions and other major accidents. Design of the safety chain in kitchen command center to operate new production for the project between the background conditions. Safety interlock design by combustible gas alarm，alarm control and shut-off valve interlocking three kinds of instruments to achieved the alarm function， safety interlock design include: instrument selection， design considerations， control of three interlocking parts. Design of urban household fuel for safety interlock， greatly reduces the gas leakage probability of a major accident， provided a similar design for the future reference.
