以可编程控制器PLC 为核心,形成纯滞后一阶闭环温度自动监控系统。在加热阶段采用模糊控制算法进行升温控制。保温阶段,采用PI 算法实现恒温控制。即采用模糊控制和PI 控制相结合办法,达到金刚石烧结体温度稳定控制的目的。结果表明:该系统稳定误差不超过0.5%,超调量为1%。具有响应速度快,稳定时间短,控制精度高等特点,具有推广应用价值。关键词:PLC; 温度控制; 模糊控制; 金刚石Abstract:In this paper, an automatic temperature control system for diamond sinteredbody was designed based on programmable controller PLC.It is a pure time delayone-step closed loop temperature automatic monitoring system. It uses the fuzzycontrol algorithm to carry on the elevation of temperature control. The heatpreservation stage, mainly uses the PI algorithm to realize constant temperaturecontrol. Using the fuzzy control and the PI control, the stable temperature controlgoal for diamond sintered body can be achieved.
