用户对网络业务的性能要求不断提高，服务质量(QOS)成为衡量系统可靠传输关键业务的重要指标。本文在分析移动流媒体Qos 测量原理基础上，提出了一种基于端到端流媒体QoS 测量方法，特别对移动流媒体端到端层次质量管理体系和流媒体质量评估指标进行了探讨和建议。经实践证明，该方法具有较广泛的应用前景和市场。关键词：移动流媒体 Qos 测量技术Abstract： With the increase of requirement on services, the Quality of Service (QoS) has become oneof the most important targets of the system, specially the real time service has the most rigorous requirement on the capability of network and system. This paper then make a conclude in definition of two QoS parameter and finding a way of measurement evaluationquality.In the base of introduction of Mobile Streaming media system struction and operation characteristic, paper put forward measurement ways of client-base Mobile Streaming media and end to end Mobile Streaming media.moreover,paper research two key means of measurement evaluation quality-relation analysis and measurement technology.Key words：mobile stream media，quality of service，measurement technology
