张力控制是造纸、塑料、纺织工业等卷绕自动化生产线中的关键技术。本文从墙纸生产过程的实际出发，研制了一套基于PC 张力控制系统。经过实际生产运行证明，该系统张力控制稳定，实时性好，运行可靠，实现了墙纸生产过程的最优控制。关键词：PC ，线速度，张力控制，稳定性Abstract: The control system of tension has been a key technology for automatic assembly line of the wallpaper products , the plastics products and spinning. This paper discussed the control system of tension through the wallpaper-production regarding rea l i stic needs. Thedesign idea , schematic diagram design , major function and feature of the tension control system have been expounded in this paper. The control system of tension based on PC has been p r o v e d f a s t , r e l i a b l e a n d steady by realistic producing.
