文章提出创建DICOM/HL7 网关的方法实现医学影像归档与通信系统与医院信息系统的集成。通过设计消息的发送/接收机制和消息的构建/解析算法，实现了HIS 和PACS 之间的信息交换。DICOM/HL7 网关的实现很好地解决了PACS 与HIS 系统集成的瓶颈问题。关键字：系统集成；网关；医学影像存储与通信系统Abstract: This paper brings forward establishing the DICOM/HL7 gateway to realize theintegration of HIS and PACS. It achieves exchanging information between HIS and PACS bydesigning the mechanism of senting / receiving message and the algorithm of parsing/constructing message.
