本文针对石油化工领域中干酪根复杂制备过程,提出了一种以CAN 总线为基础的干酪根自动制备控制系统方案设计。该系统集机、电、液控制于一体,根据现场采集的流量、温度、压力和速度等信号,实现石油地质勘探环节中的干酪根自动分离提炼。同时,该控制系统也可应用于生物、岩矿、化工、化学等强腐蚀环境下有关分析工作,具有良好的应用前景。关键词:干酪根;CAN 总线;自动制备;控制系统Abstract: Considering complex preparation of kerogen in the petrochemical field, This paper introduces a program of kerogen complex preparation control system based on CAN bus. The system integrates mechanical, electrical and hydraulic control ,According to the collected flow signal , temperature signal, pressure signal and speed signal , kerogen can be automatic extracted and separated from Ores.
