交替极无轴承永磁电机的悬浮力脉动分析交替极无轴承永磁电机的悬浮力与转子转角本质上是无关的,其控制系统因此得以简化,但考虑到谐波因素时,其引起的悬浮力脉动对于系统的悬浮性能产生了不利影响。推导了计及谐波的悬浮力统一公式,并以有限元分析对其进行了验证,指出了不同极对数时,产生的悬浮力脉动的情况及原因,并提出了抑制悬浮力脉动的方法,为交替极无轴承永磁电机的设计和优化提供了理论指导。Abstract: The control system of a consequent-pole bearingless PM motor is less complicated than those of other types of bearingless machines, since the radial suspension force is independent of the rotating angle. However, when the harmonics of magnetic field in the air-gap are taken into account, the radial suspension force ripple can be observed, which affects the suspension performance. In this paper, the harmonics of the magnetic field in the air-gap is taken into account for the deduction of the model of a CPB PM motor. And the model is proved by the FEA simulation. The radial suspension force ripples with different pole pair configurations are discussed.
