The microstrip power amplifier consisting of it occurs parasitic oscillation frequently which influences the operation of the amplifier, sometime makes permanent damage on the microwave power transistor. The paper defines quite comprehensively the reasons generating parasitic oscillation, and proposes some measures to cancel parasitic oscillation to make the amplifier operate more reliably. [Key wo……
