企业生产数据采集在现代工业体系中的越来越发挥着它的优势,实时处理各种生产数据游刃有余;嵌入式具有成本低,可灵活配置、强可靠性等的特点,有着与强大网络功能的Linux 系统同内核的嵌入式系统uC-Linux 也是越来越成熟、稳定。本文在研究企业生产数据采集系统的基础上,将ARM 和uC-Linux 结合,设计了一套企业生产数据采集系统的终端设备的方案。关键词:企业数据采集系统;生产执行系统;终端;Linux;uC-Linux;ARM;MMUAbstract: Manufacturing data collection system plays advanced role in many famousenterprises. It can deal with all kinds of production data in real-time. Embedded system hasadvantages such as low cost, flexible configuration, and high reliability. uC-Linux has the same kernel as Linux system, and it is riper and more stabile. This paper combines ARM and uC-Linux based on studying MES system.
