针对板材剪切与冲裁加工的特点, 设计了一种应变片式位移传感器。传感器可根据需要对量程进行调节, 且相对精度不变, 特别适于中小位移的测量。结合数据采集系统, 在材料试验机上实现了板材剪切加工和精密冲裁实验的位移测量。关键词　剪切　冲裁　位移传感器　小位移　量程调节Abstract 　A displacement sensor of strain foil is designed based on the characteristic of sheet shearing and blanking pro2 cess. The displacement measurement range of the sensor can be adjustable in according with requirement and its relative ac2 curacy is not changed. The displacement measurement can be carried out in shearing and fine blanking processes for different sheet metal by using the sensor together with the data2acquisition system. The experimental devices of sheet shearing are fixed on the material experimental machine.
