F Antenna) is designed for the 800MHz band (refer to 824-894MHz) and 1900MHr band (refer to 1850-1990MHz) that are the current US carrier frequency bands for Mobile service. The PIFA has a J-shape slot on a fixed substrate. The ground plane size has very small variation. The substrate is lOmm thick with a dielectric constant of 2.25. The ground plane m a is 3 times of the area of the PEA. A coaxial feed is used in the numerical simulation (Ansoft HFSS).
