该程序可用于控制keithley2600数字源表测量太阳电池的IV曲线。可设置正反扫描次数,实时显示测量结果,并计算Jsc,Voc,FF,eff等电池参数。程序IVnew是总程序,除子程序外,还包括NI公司网站上提供的keithley2600程序包(必要)。Keithley\\IV.vi
