为了确保数控加工硬质合金特种回转面刀具的刀刃形状和零刃带宽度,需要对砂轮相对于工件的位置等相关工艺参数进行检测。提出了有关工艺参数的自动检测建模方法,认为运用此方法可显著提高工件的加工精度。关键词:数控磨削, 　切削刀具, 　自动检测, 　位移传感器Abstract : To ensure the shape of cutting edge and zero edge belt width of the machined carbide special rotary tools by CNC tool grinding machine , the relevant parameters such as the relative position of the diamond grinding wheel to workpiece must be de2 tected strictly. An automatic detection modeling for relevant processing parameters in the NC machining was presented and it is considered that manufacturing accuracy for the tools is notably improved by using the modeling method.Keywords :NC grinding , 　cutting tools , 　automatic detection , 　displacing probe
