The AAT4296/98 SmartSwitch is a member ofAnalogicTech's Application Specific Power MOSFET™ (ASPM™) product family. The AAT4296/98is comprised of five/six push/pull output switchesthat gate each respective output between a commoninput supply and ground. This device is targeted forI/O expansion applications, but can also be used fora combination of general purposes to simplify powerswitching with an off state load discharge.
