客户服务软件工程师, Software Customer Service Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Work within a global R&D team located in Europe and China with work language of English to provide the services as following:
* Support the clinical activities (once the centre is operational) by installation and test of control system enhancements, supervision of administration (IT, network, DB, backup and configuration control), performing of maintenance activities affecting software applications.
* Installation of software releases, testing at customer sites and reporting test result.
* Support the system integration and validation tests activities, as far as the software applications are concerned.
* Software development for bug fixing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or higher computer science degree.
* Proficient of Unix.
* Knowledge of RTOS(VxWorks), embedded systems.
* Proven experience on C and C++.
* Good knowledge of DBMS (ORACLE).
* Has experience on version control system such as Clearcase.
* At least 3 years’ experience on software development. Good software analysis skills.
* Excellent writing, reading and oral English is MUST.
* Good time and change management capability. Able to learn and adapt fast.
* Good problem solving skills.
* Good communication skills, open mind and patient.
* Able to travel in China or to other countries (US, Europe, etc.).
