If you entered the specified pathname in a dialog box, you can use Button 1 and the Directories box to navigate around the existing directories available on your computer. Enter a different path and file name with legal name characters and try again. Remember that the \ character separates directory and file names in DOS and Windows; the / character separates directory and file names on UNIX workstations.

路径里面有中文或者其他非法字符。或者空格。 你把文件放到纯英文文件夹里面就好了！

呵呵 max+plus2和 modelsim应该差不多吧!

max+plusII是altera公司出的仿真，综合 fpga、cpld的软件。现在已经停止开发，新软件 Quartus II 仿真综合能力更加强大！ ModelSim是Mentor Graphics出品的fpga、cpld器件行为仿真软件。也支持altera的全部产品。不过始终还是没自己支持自己来的好。
