Introduction
The ML64168 is a high-performance single chip microcontroller that uses a 4-bit CPU core
(nX-4/30). This Oki-original CPU core architecture is combined with additional on-Chip
peripheral functions.
This manual explains hardware of the ML64168 and instruction set.
