Operational Features
• Ultra high efficiency, up to 94% at full rated load
• Delivers up to 16 Amps of output current with minimal
derating - no heatsink required
• Input Voltage Range : 3.0 - 6.0V
• Programmable output voltages from 0.75 - 3.6V
• On-board input and output filter capacitor
• No minimum load requirement means no preload resis-
tors required
Pr otection Features
• Input under-voltage lockout disables converter at low
input voltage conditions
• Temperature compensated over-current shutdown pro-
tects converter from excessive load current or short cir-
cuits
• Output over-voltage protection protects load from dam-
aging voltages
• Thermal shutdown protects converter from abnormal
environmental conditions

• Industry standard size: 2” x 0.5” x 0.288”
