Description
A 5V, voltage controlled crystal oscilla-
tor designed primarily to be used in phase
locked loops, phase shift keying, jitter
reduction and other telecommunication
applications. The HCMOS output can
drive both high speed CMOS and TTL
loads. Devices are packaged in standard
14-pin DIP compatible all metal, resis-
tance welded packages. Pin 7(4 on 1/2
size) is grounded to reduce EMI.
