在铁路货运编组站计算机集成过程系统(CIPS)的设计中，班计划决策优化是一个很重要的问题。本文提出了基于遗传算法的班计划决策方案，实现了由路局班计划和站内执行状况自动化推算出优化配流方案，并对算法进行了部分优化。实验表明，该推算过程是可行的，结果是比较优化的。关键词：货运编组，班计划，遗传算法Abstract: Optimization Of shift plan is an important problem in the Freight Classification Computer Integrated Process System (CIPS). This paper brings forward a solution based on genetic algorithms, which can calculate an optimized shift plan based on the plan from superior department and the status of the station.
