The MPC801 is a high speed multiplexer that is userprogrammablefor 8-channel single-ended operationor 4-channel differential operation and for TTL orCMOS compatibility.The MPC801 features a self-contained binary addressdecoder. It also has an enable line which allows theuser to inhibit the entire multiplexer thereby facilitatingchannel expansion by adding additional multiplexers.High quality processing is employed to produce CMOSFET analog channel switches which have low leakagecurrent, low ON resistance, high OFF resistance, lowfeedthrough capacitance, and fast settling time.Two models are available, the MPC801KG for operationfrom 0°C to +75°C.
