ISL9005A is a high performance Low Dropout linearregulator capable of sourcing 300mA current. It has a lowstandby current and high-PSRR and is stable with outputcapacitance of 1μF to 10μF with ESR of up to 200mΩ.The ISL9005A has a high PSRR of 75dB and an outputnoise of less than 45μVRMS. When coupled with a no loadquiescent current of 50μA, (typical) and 0.1μA shutdowncurrent, the ISL9005A is an ideal choice for portable wirelessequipment.Several different fixed voltage outputs are standard. Outputvoltage options for each LDO range are from 1.5V to 3.3V.Other output voltage options may be available upon request.
