AS3020 is a complete constant - current andconstant-voltage linear charger for single celllithium-ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries. ItsSOT23-5L Package and low external componentcount make AS3020 ideally suited for portableapplications. Furthermore the AS3020 is specificallydesigned to work within USB power specification. Atthe same time AS3020 can also be used in thestandalone lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer batterycharger.
